


Training is an integral part of HMA’s core strategy, both internal and external. HMA continues to train its team in various pump application solutions and conducts training seminars for its customers to show case its new products.Training seminars are being held internally on teamwork amongst various job functions for better alignment and support to sales. ‘Service Skill Set Improvement Training Program’ was conducted for all the service staff across the company in order to align them for improved customer services and to enroll them in the service incentive program.
Externally HMA has conducted seminars on Fire Fighting, Rovatti Pompe launch, Waste Water and Solar Solutions. The response from customers to these trainings has always been much appreciated as it allows HMA the opportunity to demonstrate the energy saving solutions for its customers which can be applied in different aspects of their projects.
